Very pleasant and for how busy it was, QUICK! We had to wait in our car, the waiting room was so full, but they got to us really quick for how many people were there. It was like 5x faster than any other place we have been. Service was friendly, just a teensy bit clumsy, but they were so busy it was absolutely understandable. The fact that we could see someone on a Sunday was huge as my son just started the flu. Doctor was kind, confident, personable and joyful. The only negative would be that you have to survive the "Lincoln St. Gauntlet" to get there. Lol.

Had a bad crash while skiing at Baker, which left me with a deep cut on my leg (inflicted by a ski). It was a Sunday and these folks were open and were recommended by the doc at Baker. Had my cut stitched up in no time by Dr. Bozorgzadeh, super nice folks!

Our 13 year sold son broke his arm skiing at Baker. When the ski bus came back into town most places were closed, but this place was open, and had an X-ray Machine. Dr Sean (Who is also an ER doc in Skagit county) immediately made us feel comfortable and was so kind, attentive and amazing. He took great care of our son, gave him some pain killers, got the X-rays taken with great care, even made a temporary air hardening splint which made our son much more comfortable. Our insurance, Kaiser, didn’t contract with them, so we paid out of pocket, (and hopefully will get it reimbursed). But even given that, the cost was far less than even an ER visit and our copay. It ended up being $250 for the visit and X-rays (less than the front office guy told us on the phone before we arrived).

We got seen immediately with no wait, but given that we walked in 30 minutes before they closed, they stayed more than an hour after their closing time to finish helping our son. Never once gave us the feeling of being rushed. He said he would send an electronic prescription for pain killers over to Fred Meyer pharmacy. But then after we left he called us back to say the pharmacy was closed and suggested come back to get a paper prescription that we could take anywhere that was open later.

Dr Sean even wrote a note for us to give to our primary care doc so that he could make the referral to the orthopedist, helping to ensure that the referral visit would be covered by our insurance. It was a very pleasant experience compared to the ER. The facility is also impeccably clean, beautiful with really nice equipment. I’d recommend this place highly for any urgent care need. This is a business focused on client care. Wish I could give 6 stars.

Came in for a work related injury, most other urgent care facilities were booked due to the holidays. They were very courteous and explained everything in a clear and concise manner. They were very kind and greeted me by name on my second visit. Would definitely recommend visiting.
