  From the first call to their office ....
  To immediately getting a call back from the advisor (Stephanie) who met with me the same day at my home and analyzed what unit was best for the size and layout of my home to signing up for finance options and the rebate through PSE.
  To Jason and Brian arriving on time the day of installation ....I was treated with the utmost respect, professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency.
  To Brian educating me on the way the system and remote control works.
  To the respect of my home and total clean up after the job was complete.
  Yes - I give this company 10 stars double the optimal because I was super impressed on all avenues of this process. Tonight I am sitting in a peaceful warm quiet home thanks to The West Mechanical Team!

  Last June Cascade Gas installed gas lines to the rest of our park. Since our heat pump stopped working, we called West Mechanical and they helped up acquire a new heat pump and gas furnace. The furnace and heat pump were promptly installed in June so we had AC during the summer months. We did not have gas lines installed under our home, and paid WM to run lines to the areas we wanted them to so when the gas line and meter were hooked up we would have gas heat. Once the gas meter was installed I had to keep calling Aaron to get the rest of the project that was paid for in June, finished. Today is April 3, 2019, 10 months later, and WM FINALLY finished the job!!! I do not know what I did to WM to make them treat us this way, but I am glad it is done.
  Each and every tech they have sent out have been great at getting things done, and yesterday and today, Ryan and Jason were excellent at getting the job finished. Thank you both for your hard work.
  I am just wondering why "I" had to take the lead and keep calling WM to get everything done?? My thinking is it was WM job to make sure the job was done in a timely and professional manner. It should have taken them 2-3 days to actually complete the job, but it did take 10 months!!!
  Will I recommend them??? I will leave that up to you. They are very friendly, but need to prioritize the jobs to make sure they are done in a timely manner.

  I would recommend this company to anyone. Although I haven't decided which system I want to go with yet, working with Amanda has been a blessing. I can tell this is a company that cares about their customers!

  I recently had a new furnace installed in my home by West Mechanical. This company is truly first class. The sales team is awesome, the Service Tech's are very knowledgeable, and the installers are fast, friendly, and clean up after themselves leaving the area cleaner than they found it. I can't say enough about this company. Thank you Brent you have a good thing here.

  We love love love you guys. The installation of our new AC unit this past summer went smooth, and WE LOVE IT. We just had to have you guys back to take a look at our furnace.. And everything was fixed and taken care of so fast. I alone am AMAZED at the turn around time, we called the 24/7 line one night, and the next afternoon you guys were there. You ALL are an OUTSTANDING company!!!! We live in Burlington and there are companies who are closer and more local that we could use... AND WE WOULDN'T THINK OF CALLING ANYONE BUT YOU. The respect and honesty that we received was outstanding. Thank you for treating us so well!
