(December 17, 2018, 6:48 pm)My husband and stayed over the weekend. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional and made us feel very welcomed. The room was nice and clean. Although extremely cold the first night since there was no heat on prior to our arrival. It took several hours to warm up. We attended the Owner's cheese and wine reception hosted by The Vault at the Birch Bay Resort. It was really nice, great mac and cheese, gourmet popcorn and a nice wine selection to sample.
