This auto shop is my neighborhood mechanic. They've been there for me. Just the other day the hose for windshield washer blew off,they could have just put it back on and sent me on my way but Rich took the time to replace the elbow and connector,thus making the assembly good as new...only took a couple of minutes and most importantly his kindness,thanks for that!!

We brought our Honda CRV in with a couple of different issues. They were fabulous about sticking to their quote, despite the extensive work involved in the job (rodents had chewed up the inside of the heating system). They took pictures, talked with us to get approval before ordering additional parts, and did their best to finish the job quickly. It's nice to know there's someplace local that we can rely on for honest, professional service!

This auto shop is great. Awesome customer service. They get my vehicle in and out quickly but with the job done right the first time. I have had no problems or issues of a negative experience here. I trust Rich & his "guys" to take care of my Xterra with pride and as if it were their own. I highly recommend this shop for your business, if you haven't got that already!! :P
