Coco Mats N More

I wanted unusual formatting in the 'NAME' space on the doormat... not a name. After placing the order I contacted Customer Service to see if it was even possible to do what I wanted. In turn, Customer Service (Scott King) checked with 'Production', and said he would keep an eye on the doormat. It came out beautifully, just what I wanted.

I needed clarification of their "high density" coco mat and left a message for a return call which I promptly received from Scott. He was courteous and most knowledgeable in their products
Scott clearly explained the difference/advantage of their "high density" mat and helped me determine that was the best choice for my client's home.
Being an interior designer, I work with suppliers & manufacturers every day and it is a pleasure to find a specialty company such as Coco Mats N More as well as a knowledgeable, personable employee such as Scott!
