In reply to the owner reply: This location is by far the poorest performer in the area in my experience, with generally poor/rushed service and rushed extra greasy food (which if rushed, there's mistakes to custom orders like forgotten bacon (which is a premium paid upgrade) and that's bad for obvious reasons, and by extra greasy I mean transparent food wrapping by the time I get it home). I would recommend the Bakerview location over this one, and then the Custer/Birch Bay location next, can't comment on Sunset Dr.

Lettuce was wilted and had a strange taste to it, tomatoes were mushy, chicken patty overdone. Curly fries were good, as was my milkshake.

Hit or miss. I feel like half the time there is a mistake on the order and the other half the food is exceptional, even by fast food standards. Hard to know what to expect unfortunately.

My family likes the variety of burgers for a fast food joint & the shakes are good....and I especially love the breakfast menu, we've never had a problem with that.....but the afternoon/evening shift needs to learn how to cook/heat up the meals ALL of the time. It's hit or miss with that.

We used the drive thru. They were fast and friendly. We ordered the spicy chicken strip combo. To find our chicken was cold in the center. When we returned we were greeted in a friendly manner. I asked them if they could cook them a little longer. They insisted on cooking us some fresh chicken strips that were spot on.
