  I live 5000 miles away and Carlos does not know me from Adam, but he was more than willing to help me with an appraisal for a car that was listed for sale near Lynden. He answered his phone on the first ring and he had an answer within 24 hours of our call. If that’s not customer service then I don’t what is.

  I wish you could talk with my wife about this company. She hates buying cars and the whole vibe associated with it. We just moved into town and needed a new car. My dad recommended these guys and let me just say we were in and out with our new car in just over an hour maybe two at the most. These guys are just so relaxed and easy to work with. Pricing was great from the beginning at under retail value and they took time to really make sure we got lined up with the best lender. Worth the longest drive you can handle if they have something you’re looking for or let them know what you want and they will bring it in ready to go. These guys are like friends already. We will be buying everything from them from now on. Thanks guys!
