Townline Fish & Chips

Definitely a must go-to in Orangeville! We ordered the halibut, a large poutine, scallops, jumbo shrimp, and milkshakes - we were left stuffed and extremely satisfied, but already planning the next time we would return! The halibut was perfectly flavoured, and the scallops were fresh and juicy. To top it off, the service was lovely and quick! We will definitely be going back to try out the rest of the menu!

What a great experience! We got the poutine, scallops, jumbo shrimp, halibut, and milkshakes. All were fantastic, especially the scallops. The portions were excellent and the haddock was very flaky and well cooked. What sets this fish & chips joint apart from the others is definitely the batter - perfectly crispy without being too greasy or heavy. Would definitely come again for a filling and delicious meal with superb service!

Fish and chips were delicious. Could do with a bit of ambiance and definitely an upgrade or better upkeep. Service was also very good. We stopped on the take out side and ordered before we realized there was a dining room and you had to come Eder separately from the takeout.

We got the seafood platter with halibut and milkshakes, it was all fantastic! Batter was light and crispy, seafood was tender and juicy - it hit all the right spots. Too stuffed to try their homemade pies but will have to on our next visit !!

Today was my first time going to Townline Fish and Chips. I ordered the haddock and salad, and coconut cream pie for dessert. The service was great and my food was brought out promptly. The fish was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. As well, the coconut cream pie was very good, the crispy coconut topping definitely brought it to another level. Overall, I had a great experience, the food was delicious, and I will definitely be coming back!
