“The chicken wings at Big Mama's Pizza in Windsor are ver good and delicious. I haven't had a chance to try the pizza but the wings are amazing. The dining area is extremely small that at max would seat six people. There is a wait on the order you place (approximately 15 to 20 minutes) because they cook the food fresh and on the spot, thus the food is not precooked. It is a small local business, but I believe with a few modifications to the windows and counter tops as well as a little bit of interior decor, Big Mama's Pizza will look fabulous.”

“If you are looking for a local place with a different taste, you need to visit the carvery. The menu is right on a blackboard for you to see. They offer half or full size portions with sides for a great price. I have tried several of the dishes and each one was delicious. My favourite is the blackened fish sandwich and southwest salad. Best soup and sandwich in Essex County. I highly recommend this little gem to anyone. Great food, great prices, great service. I wish I had discovered this place sooner.”

“Great gyro but if I am just 2 minutes late for the special which is $2 fries and a pop with purchase of a sandwich it should be allowed. The combo still comes out to $10 and he is still making a profit. The last time I come to a place that doesn’t have common sense and no idea how to treat a longtime customer. There are exceptions to every rule and clearly this business does not know how to make max profit. It is all about gross profit.”

“Outstanding service and excellent food, again. There is no comparison between Vito's and the last few places we've been. From the beginning, my wife and I appreciated how comfortable the chairs are, the professionalism in the wait staff, and the welcoming atmosphere. After getting seated and settled we started to notice the little things that in retrospect are actually big things; proper chairs, attentive servers who never left us without water, a comfortable room temperature. The food was delicious as always.”

“You get what you pay for with the portions of food served; a step up in taste compared to any other pub in Windsor. There is an extensive beer list for any discerning drinker. However if you go on a day that isn't so busy you'll still be waiting to be served as if the place were packed. The waitresses lack diligence, personality and seem to like to hide, out of sight so they don't have to go on their rounds checking in on paying customers and earning a tip. My friends and I saw MORE from the BARTENDER who came to check up on my party. So, if you don't look old and rich expect to be ignored.”

The reason for only 4 stars is because everything was super expensive. I love that everything is vegan and everything can be made gluten free as well, but dang! “This location is one of my favourites in the city because of the older lady who works there. Not sure of her name but she is really friendly and welcoming. Standard KFC food with an old school feel. If you want some nostalgia check out this hidden location and enjoy some greasy chicken. If chicken was a bit less greasy it's 5 stars. Staff otherwise phenomenal.”

“Perfection !!!! Beautiful Friday night to spend on the patio. We were greeted right away when we walked in and were told to help ourselves to a spot on the patio. The waitress came right out and thoroughly explained the menu since it was our first time, but we already knew what we wanted and it was everything we imagined and more!The Ridiculous and Obnoxious Caesar for Two!! Following part of the title we each decided to get our own, ridiculous, definitely a treat to split!! The caesar itself was amazing everything else was a bonus!! Great atmosphere, the owner even came out to chat with us and check in on the outdoor music ! Can't wait to return and spread the word !”
