“I went in late the other night to Papa John's with a couple friends. We were greeted by a very friendly employee, Emily. Out of curiosity, I asked what time they were open until to which she responded 11pm. I checked the time and it was 10:58.... not ideal for an employee trying to close. Nonetheless, Emily assured us that she could prepare our order. She got our order ready promptly, and the food was delicious! The whole time Emily was very friendly and personable with us. Great staff like such are hard to find, but Emily made our experience that much better. Thank you!”

“It's a fairly dingy hole in the wall with the most tasty chicken feet. If you're going expecting pristine conditions you'll be disappointed. Dishes, bathroom and dining area could certainly be cleaner. We found that most dishes lacked lustre, flavour and pride in presentation. I'd go again - but only for the chicken feet. :)”

“On the road back from New Hampshire USA to Toronto Canada, made a spontaneous stop in Kingston to grab some grub. I and my colleague decided to try some Thai cuisine and we were not disappointed with our choice. This restaurant is a medium to small size, sits maybe 75 people max. Their menu is quite diverse in terms of vegetarian, seafood and meat lovers. I had the Malaysian shrimp curry with rice and also the strawberry smoothie. The only critique I have is the rice side is quite small, but the curry is massive. It was very rich, mildly spicy and a little sweet. To me, it was the perfect balance. I thoroughly enjoyed the taste of the curry soup and the shrimp was nice and tender, not rubbery when over cooked. The veggies mixed in were properly cooked with a mild crunch to them. I highly recommend this restaurant!”

The reason I am not leaving a bad review is because the food was terrific and the ladies seemed to be working very hard, plus it seemed they were passing out food to people that may have called in before. My suggestion to the restaurant : please communicate with customers that it may take longer than usual. 45 min was an extremely long wait with no heads up.”

Front counter staff was friendly, however I do have one complaint - I wasn't aware they had stopped the free pizza slip program ( kids had been saving them up for a while) I believe they should at least honor the pizza slips that were collected and saved throughout the years. “the dishes has remained the same quality as when Dave and lisa owned it...which is fantastic ..Ann and her husband are doing a good job of firting in ..i had a troubled start with Ann and my personality clashing..at first but things are improving on that front Ann handles the front end taking table service and take out calls the service and cash for fhe restaurant ...Hubby runs and controls the kitchen and is the "good cook" and personality he????also handles most of the deliveries. and quietly tries to pull in Anns outspoken ways. great people and team”
