“Had lunch yesterday with family and it was great. Ate the great tasting Fish (Haddock) and Chips. Excellent service and well prepared food which we did not have to wait for too long. Well priced and interesting/cool overall restaurant with a very unique interior. Highly recommended if you are in the area to get a great and delicious meal at the family diner!”

“Delicious food. Excellent service. Friendly staff and top of the line complementary tea We were travelling back to home in Brampton from Montreal and stopped in Kingston for couple of hours. We will definitely go back to Kingston just for the tea and food”

“Best bubble tea in town. The honey black milk tea is phenomenal. Food is really good too, but they could benefit from a few more vegetarian/vegan dishes.”

“I highly recommend this place for a quick bite and amazing takeout!!! (No seating except for a little bar top) The owner and staff are so friendly and the sushi is extremely fresh and tasty. Being from the west coast and having a sushi restaurant on every corner, we have become very picky. I have to tell you, this is some of the best sushi we’ve had regardless of coast. Highly recommend.”

“José is amazing cook. Perfect fusion of burritos and Indian curry. Friendly guy with a lot of experience with Indian curry making (5-10 years Indian restaurant exp.). Comparatively cheap amongst the places around him, with very tasty food. Personal recommendation: go for bhuna wrap..you will not regret. Cheers!”

“Incredible food. The owner and staff are all so generous. The food is freshly made upon order, yet they are still so quick! Don’t forget to try the desserts. All of them are fabulous. So impressed.”

“Absolutely AMAZING soup. Nowhere else like this; new favourite Kingston gem. FRESH, HOMEMADE soup, in a dizzying array of flavours, including build-your-own! Coconut curry is amazing. Potato bacon will blow your mind. Bruschetta is also a standout. Fresh and served with goat cheese for a perfect pairing. Available for delivery!”

“I was only in the upstairs portion, but I really enjoyed my time there. The pool tables are well kept and clean, however you did have to fight for a triangle for racking the balls (seemed like only one around for multiple tables). The spinach dip was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Someone in my party had too much to drink, and the staff handled it great. They were polite and asked him to leave after finishing his game of pool. I agreed he needed to leave and thought the way he was asked was very professional and reasonable. I appreciate that the staff take the responsibility of removing people who have had too much to drink.”

“Great place! The staff are so nice and polite; they make you feel very welcome. The selection is decent. There's something for everyone for sure. I had the "huge" and it was too much. But damn was it good! Highly recommend.”

“A great burger king location. The staff is hardworking and the service is quick. Definitely a much better experience than going to the downtown McDonald's in Kingston.”

“Excellent food that is as what one would have in Southeast Asia! I always go with either #9 on the menu, which is a spicy (by Asian standards) noodle soup with beef or #10, which is thin noodles with crisp spring rolls and sweet barbecued pork on skewers with a light dressing on the side for the noodles. A Korean friend introduced me to the restaurant and I've returned many times since. I rarely eat out, but when I do, this place is first on my mind!”

“I must preface this with saying, I LOVE MUCHO Burrito. I don't normally eat at this location (I live in the west end), but I found myself going here for the first time today. The girl working was great, speedy, and even marked my burrito wrapper with which end to eat from! I don't know if it was just the experience, but the burrito tasted extra great today, so I felt I needed to write a review! Keep up the good work!”

“I order chicken fried rice. They gave me a small Thai express box but I wanted it in a container. The server said he would charge me for that. I said okay. But he didn’t charge me for it, but he still gave me a look, lol. The chicken fried rice was good though(3/5).”

“Absolutely amazing Donair. Arguably the best I've had west of Nova Scotia. The service is always friendly and the meat and veggies are always fresh, unlike other places in town. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but a Donair with double meat, cheddar cheese, sweet and garlic sauces is sure to leave you full and thrilled. This is a place worth giving a try, even if you're not sure what a Donair is. They'll help you find the right menu item and you'll find a new favorite place for quick bite!”

“On our way home from Ottawa, we stopped in to this great restaurant. The garlic sauce was my favourite part but the food, overall tasted amazing. I ordered the chicken shawarma plate and was impressed by the large portion and the very affordable price. The service was excellent. If we lived in Kingston, we would be frequent customers.”

“This place is great. The specialty rolls are fantastic. if you are looking to have alcoholic drinks they do not have them. But their foods are tasty and fresh. I was there with family and one of them does not have seafood so they got their Avacado roll and it was so filling. Great place for good food.”

“I think the quality and cleanliness/decor need to improve. Prices are very competitive, however. Service was good. Location is central. Definitely has some nostalgia value too. I'll go back!”

“Kitchen and service are quite slow but the atmosphere is nice. Food is alright. Honestly I would suggest skipping the meal and just ordering alcohol and maybe some apps. Any student can make much better food for less at home. I wish there was more information online because I couldn't find the right hours and there was no indication of the guest rule that they have in place.”

“The food for the most part tastes good to great. You’ll have to wait at least 10 minutes before you get it though. I assume the wait is a byproduct of your food’s freshness and is a good trade for good tasting food. They sometimes skim your portions when it comes to the milkshakes and fries. (During busy times). A little more expensive than other places on Queen’s campus.”

“So far so good. I love this hotel. Room are clean. Can't wait to have our hot free breakfast. Peaceful area. The only thing I have to say - they don't have fridge in the room and I needed one badly. Other than that it's okay. They have a beautiful Pub but they open at 9pm - sad that we can enjoy it for the Happy hour. Five minutes from the marina beside the Pen”

“Great location that doesn't go light on the toppings and using the app to order in advance worked great, my sub was ready when it said it would be.”
