Winifred's English Pub

Had the butter chicken and it was very well done for a pub I must say. The staff was super friendly. I always seem to end up here when I visit Clarksburg which is usually once per year.

The most exquisite juicy smoked chicken wrap I have ever had. Wonderful traditional English old wood ambiance. here's an outdoor beer Garden by pond, some outdoor seating, a bar to add to this place. The bench seating is somewhat uncomfortable and expect to shell out some dollars, but you really get what you pay for here and its worth it.

As a Englishman Fish & Chips is very important to me and today I have found probably the best fish & chips I have ever had! Extremely happy right now with the Food! Beautiful Layout reminds me of back home in the beer garden having food and a lovely cold beer! I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Dined there for lunch recently. The food was okay but our server was a very pleasant young lady. My wife enjoyed the mushroom burger with a lettuce bun, but my wrap was just mediocre. The drinks, however, were very nicely made! My wife really enjoyed her hair of the dog Caesar (or something along the lines of that name). The patio is absolutely beautiful. Will dine here again.
