Only 6 tables and took over an hour to get our main course. The food was very good , creative service. But no explanation why shorts took an hour.

Amazing location in the heart of Thornbury with amazing decor. The chef that they have on hand is very talented and hard working. If you stop in thornbury be sure to stop by.

Food was very good. Extremely disappointed with the table wait service. Was not even approached for over 10 minutes. After ordering initial drink took over 10 minutes to receive! Wait times are ridiculous- u do NOT see this in the city. Waiter was busy setting empty tables while we were waiting to order! Totally poor service!
We went two days in a row because my son wanted the ricotta gnocchi. 2nd time way less sauce. Seems to be simple inconsistencies with food presentation.

Lovely, cozy setting. Not happy with our table: right in the narrow path of diners entering/exiting although there were other available tables for 2. Service was professional and competent. Calamari salad was somewhat disappointing. There were 2 small pieces of octopus on a bed of salad, granted the octopus was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of sear and was super tender. Delicious! Our meals were both delicious and tasty. Portions were adequate. Dessert of meringue with fresh strawberries & rhubarb was inspired and unique. I wanted to lick my plate!

Delicious. So so delicious. Everyone at our table just adored the food. The flavors were a delicious compliment to each other. From the cocktails to dessert it was perfect. Serving sizes were perfect. Some would say on the small side but it was nice to be able to eat an appetizer, main and dessert. That way you got to enjoy so many homemade delicious items. Usually I am too full to enjoy all 3 this meal really was an experience. Our Male server was so wonderful and accommodating I wish I could remember his name. The gnocchi was out of this world. The basic tomato sauce was drool worthy. It is pricey so it won't be somewhere I will frequently dine but I was worth the money for a fancy Italian meal and highly I highly recommend you try it.
