East Side Mario's Dundas

I was there with my friends a few months ago. The prices weren't impressive. Between the four of us, the grand total was over $100 for the main course and a drink and a few rounds of garlic bread.

The server was alright and served us well, but when it came time to pay for the order, the server took a little longer than usual, but I guess that's what happens when its busy.

They could also use some blinds for their windows so that the sun doesn't blare at people like us when we wait for the food.

East Side Mario's is awesome. Great tasting food. Service was a bit slow, but the Manager himself came down to apologise for the delay. I love the food here... Yummy and fresh... Highly recommended.

Service was good and staff were friendly. Portions were anywhere from on the small side to just enough, and the food is of cheap quality. That being said, the prices weren't over the top. Overall, it was a decent dining out experience for what you pay. But if you're looking for a restaurant with good quality pasta large portions, you may want to look elsewhere.

We had server Alyssa G a few days ago and it was the best service we have ever received in a restaurant. Not only was she was fast, polite, and kept us up to date with the order status, but she was able to communicate with us in American Sign Language. We are a deaf family that was visiting for a family event, and once she realized we were signing and trying to order using pen and paper, she was able to fluently sign to us to make us feel at home. She informed us she is also deaf, and was able to both sign and speak. Never have we felt more comfortable in a restaurant! We even caught a glimpse of her even letting children from another table help her clean off an already clean table, and tip them quarters for their good work. Absolutely made the family’s day. What a great experience! Although we are from out of town, we will be sure to make the extra drive to come back and visit!
