    Prons:
    - I have visited this place for more than 10 times and can stay there almost from 2pm to 6pm as I have always ordered something with me.
    - My order has always been correct regardless which method I take to order (through the mobile app, the kiosk, or at the counter).
    - The waiting time for my order is acceptable which ranges from 10 - 30min approximately for orders of 1 coffee up to 5 burgers with 2 drinks and 1 salads.
    Cons:
    - The staff does not usually clean the table or the sits from what I have observed.
    - Sometimes, the lights on the 2nd floor switch off without any particular reasons or warnings from the staff during afternoon. I feel somehow uncomfortable with the darkness.
    - Rarely, I need to ask the staff to refill the tissues in the washrooms.
    - During the summer, I feel personally that the ac is really cold.
