Pizza Hut

I ordered two pizza's last week and I was disappointed on how they arrived because I asked for two specific things. I asked for light sauce and please do not over cook them. I received the opposite. I phoned and spoke to the owner and I sent pictures of the pizza's, he told me that they were upto pizza hut standards, however their pictures show differently on their website. We got into a bit of a heated discussion, but he promised a credit for my order. I went in last night and ordered again, surprisingly the quality was much better and he had put the credit under my name and number. In the end I appreciate the customer service I received and will be ordering from this location in the future. Nicely done.

If you'd like to get a taste of authentic Italian pizza, then this is the place. Delicious and light, this is one of my best go to spot for Pizza in Ancaster. Highly recommended.

Also, the staff here is diligent with the order and always with a smile. Kudos to Preeti and her staff!

Decent food, good accurate service, friendly staff and good value for your money. The restaurant was clean and bright!
