We left the tip and went out of the restaurant with a smile.

I was greatly excited about visiting Shoeless. It turned out it wasn’t bad at all. They did take time to make the table ready, but they were really caring towards their guests. The main course was just delicious.

I’d love to visit the place again. You can go with your friends, family, partner or whosoever you wish to. Do try their famous grill.

Rachel did an exceptional job serving us this evening! She was beyond courteous and friendly and her professionalism on top! She has a natural charisma dealing with the public. Although busy this evening she made sure we had everything we needed! We will be back!

The buffalo chicken flatbread was 11/10 spicy but not too much to throw you off or leave you needing water. The server Danielle was wonderful, always at our table but not in an intruding way whatsoever. We enjoyed her friendliness and professionalism!
Will 100% be coming back to enjoy more of their delicious food!

My business partner and I were doing construction in Hamilton over the past couple weeks and the bartender Brittany has been extremely accommodating and attentive with her service for lunch. Super upbeat attitude, positive energy and really knows her stuff when it comes to the menu. The food is really great , but the staff is even better%100. Thank you Brittany.

I don't usually write Google Reviews but when an experience is off the chart amazing the staff deserve to know and other customers need to know what to expect. Dined at Shoeless Joe's, Upper James, for lunch today. This place is amazing. The atmosphere is electric. Amazing class rock hits were playing, loud enough to hear while not interfering with conversation. Staff were upbeat, enthusiastic and positive. We were promptly greeted and seated at a great half-booth, where you could see all the action on the amazing HD screens. Our food was delicious, served piping hot exactly as ordered, including some dietary modifications. Staff, including Tom the GM, stopped by to ensure everything was to our liking. Drinks were refilled without asking. The perfect amount of attentiveness. The afternoon scored a touchdown on all counts. Thanks Tom and team for taking the time and care to make our dining experience so amazing. Definitely will be returning. If you haven't been to Shoeless Joe's Upper James, this place is worth a visit, you won't be disappointed.
