“Perfect wedding venue. Leigh and Lisa made the wedding as stress free as possible. The venue is beautiful, the grounds are great for a first look and pictures, the bar is well stocked with excellent service and allows for draft beer at your wedding. My guests were impressed with the service throughout the night. Meals were brought out and cleaned up quickly. All of the allergies and meal preferences were taken into account. We had the prime rib and stuffed chicken as options, both were absolutely perfect. I was told to not get your hopes up after the tasting because the food is never as good at the wedding, but Flamborough Hills is an exception to that. Also, have dinner here after the wedding rehearsal. We had the chicken and rib buffet, so good. My wife and I had looked at several venues prior to Flamborough, but the decision was easy as soon as we met with Leigh, the catering and sales manager. We loved the large patio with a beautiful view, the windows in the reception area with a view of the gardens and grounds outside, access to golf carts for wedding party pictures (with co-owner Tom as our guide), and everything else. The vendors provided by Flamborough (our DJ Tom and florist Kate) were great to work with, and we couldn't have chosen better. Leigh, Lisa, and Tom, thank you for a beautiful wedding.”

“A few options for local craft beer and great food! I actually ordered the local IPA on tap and it was out, so my waitress brought another Ontario-made option in a can, just in case, rather than coming empty-handed. When she brought the bill, she explained that they didn't seem to have a price for it and she charged me half of what I would have expected to pay! Glad I chose to leave Honest Lawyer for this place instead. I had the turkey burger to eat and it was delicious, too!”

“As a disclaimer: the restaurant was going under renovations. However, the parts that were completed looked great. Restaurant and washrooms were clean. Service was lacking. The timeliness of bringing our food and check was not impressive. The restaurant was not overly busy, so I am ot sure what the excuse was. The food tasted good, but the portion sizes were tiny, relative to the price. The nachos and cauliflower wings were not worth the money. If this was fine dining, then the prices would be more reasonable. I would check it out again, once the renovations are done, but would not get appetizers, as they were or worth it.”

“It was my first time going to the doors the other day and I must say it was a unique experience. The music was pretty rad if you like heavy metal this is a good place to go. There was a live band playing upstairs which sounded like a good time but the group I was with didn't care too much to check it out. Beers on tap were all unique as most of them I've never even heard of before the only down side was the wait to get a drink was pretty long when it wasn't even that busy which was a little disappointing but it wasn't "the end of the world" waiting an extra few minutes. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're looking for a casual night out and like live music playing upstairs.”
