“On our way to another restaurant our parking spot took us by this one. Curious we looked at the menu. It was a little casual for our Sunday afternoon lunch but my friend liked the look, wooden benches and subway tile. We decided to try it and loved the food; yummy, every bite. We had beer and wine and loved our time there. The spot is sort of out of the way in a mall and around the corner from James Street but has a window giving an urban view that goes with the decor. We will go back again.”

“I ordered the beef sandwich lunch special with salad and a soup. I’m not sure who was working the kitchen but they should be recognized. Everyone enjoyed their meal!! The chicken corn chowder soup was great. The salad was fresh and included cucumber, carrots, baby tomatoes and a mixture of lettuce. The beef on a bun was also a hit with a very soft bun. The wait staff was very organized and attentive. This was my first visit and won’t be my last.”

“Well, I ordered 2 pizzas online for the 50% off deal. I waited until I saw that the order had been completed and proceeded to go to pick up my pizzas. One was ready to go, but the other one took another 10 or more minutes to be completed even though it showed as completed online. I also do understand that is was busy as well, but an estimated time would have been beneficial. Not very satisfied with that, but the pizzas were both done properly. The online order system is the issue here. I could have brought it up to the staff there but, where will a complaint get you. I would recommend this place no matter what. For that I give it 4 stars!”

“I love this location because they are friendly and the food is fresh and always hot. The restrooms are always clean and if they are not up to par you tell them and they fix it. The restraunt is always clean and when they get busy they try to keep everything filled and clean. The employees are patient and very friendly and have always corrected any problems I have had and still treated me with respect and kindness. Every time I go to Hamilton this is the location I choose each time.”

“I've been here a few times as a Skip the Dishes driver & have always enjoyed my chats with the Owner. Last time I was there I was lucky enough to try the lamb curry & channa masala & it was absolutely delicious; a bountiful of flavors. On top of that the Owner is an absolute sweetheart. When a delivery driver didn't show up for an order he took it to the customer himself. You can't get better Indian food or service in Hamilton than Narula's on King. Its a must try!”

“Fast, efficient and competitive prices. Certainly, not the cheapest but the quality is good. A new feature of this particular new store location is that they have an automated pick up oven that works explicitly with their phone app. Order through the on line app, pay and provide a pickup time and you are provided with a code number to key in upon arrival at the store to retrieve your pizza from the automated oven. Once the code is keyed in a door automatically opens and you have your pizza/order. Accordingly, you bypass the normal standing in line behind others normal protocol. You need not interact with store staff in anyway as automation makes its way into the pizza industry in Hamilton.”
