When ordering on the phone, they are always so lovely and get every part of my order the first time I say it. “I will preface this review by saying I was not a KFC fan!...however I did try this location twice and both times the service was excellent and also the food was I don't like the buckets of chicken per se but I do really enjoy their sandwiches. If you like spicy you will love the spicy chicken sandwich! both times I have been to this location it is kept very clean and the employees do a good job. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a quick snack in the area.”

“Been here a few times but never left a review. Location is great right near the theatre and the inside looks modern and classy. Very prompt service and always seated right away. Ordered the veal parm 2 our of the 3 times I’ve been there and loved every bit of it. Their sauce is amazing. Always go for the cannoli at the end, they’re excellent. One of the few authentic Italian restaurants to eat at in Hamilton left. Of course I will be returning again!”

“Oh my goodness. I discovered this place through a friend who was hosting a Christmas party. I went to visit for the very first time this past Monday and already am addicted to the variety of dried sausage they have. At the cash register I was speaking with the friendly cashier who recommended they're renowned fresh coils of sausage. I was then offered samples to try them. Needless to say I was hooked line and sinkered. I seem to have spent over $100 in two visits this week. Very very recommended, amazing staff and specialties that I haven't been able to get in terms of quality since raiding my friends Nonna's cold cellar years ago for homemade sausage. You've got to check it out. Did I mention the hot meals they serve in the back area. My goodness... Such variety of breads and hot foods. That's what I'll try next”

“Good pizza at a decent price. The hot n' ready pizza was a great choice if you dont want to wait a long time. It was good grab and go good specially the stuffed crust one. The deep dish pizza was a miss though. It was just really thick crust pizza - still good if you're really starving. and fyi, they also load the pizza with tons of parm cheese. it made me sneeze a lot on the drive back.”

“Picked up a beautiful Tomahawk ribeye to have this weekend with my dad and it was hands down the best steak we have ever eaten. The meat was incredibly tender and flavourful. IT came perfectly trimmed already so no extra cleanup was needed. 10/10 I will be buying all of my steaks from VG meats from now on.”

“I would like to share a few tips that might increase amount of customers: 1. Appropriate rice and salad ratio when serving main dishes (too much rice gets wasted) 2. Add another dish which can offer a mix of both Chicken Skewer and Koobideh kabob (customer can get a taste of both in one dish) 3. Try different brands of rice (I think the rice could be better) 4. Add another sauce that can go along with the red sauce (white sauce maybe?) The food tastes great, just a bit of changes and effort could definitely gain some customers. Best of Luck!”
