“First time visiting this location as we were passing through on our way back from Grand Bend Motorplex. Service was excellent, fast, and pleasant. Food was good quality, delicious and fresh, however very small portions. We ordered the 10oz steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus (came with 3) and the Chicken Avocado Quinoa bowl - I would totally have this again, maybe two bowls. My husband loved the Peanut Butter Brownie Sundae but we both left hungry $75 later with beer, tax and tip. Very disappointing portions given the price.”

“We stopped here on route to a weekend away, for a quick snack and restroom break. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member, who was very helpful and what's great with our kids. I believe her name is Carol. Props Carol. The service was great, and the manager even went to go and check if a menu item met with a dietary restriction of one of our party members. The staff were great with our kids, and even gave them coloring and balloons.”

“Nice clean establishment. The people working are friendly and professional. They have lots of good options to suit anyone's palate. Whenever I am in town I make sure to leave enough time to stop in for a meal. The location is good being right off number 4 highway and ample parking. Every Saturday they serve up pho, a rare delicacy for a small farm town. I would highly reccomend stopping in the next time you're rolling through town. The locals all know it's the best food in the area. You should go!”

They catered our daughter's wedding (Tom and Julie) last weekend in Dashwood ... they had to go outside a lot to get food and it was a cold, damp and windy, but the staff never showed anything but a friendly mood. “Cool little spot overlooking the marina, we sat on the deck, but the inside looks quite large as well. The wait staff were great, they have quite a few beers on tap, so best to just ask for the drinks menu. The nachos were tasty, so were the deep-fried pickles. I have also had the jerk chicken salad thing, and it was good as well. Kids menu available with the usual carb options. Would definitely come back.”

“They make the best great craft beer !! It is a craft beer that does not tast "crafty" if that makes sense. ZestyFarmer (or a name close to that )is really good! Id you like bud or a light beer got to try it. I just got some of the coffee beer it is the BEST. Its not strong or a weird aftertaste. It is sweet but not too much and leaves a great after taste. “August 2019 - I went here for lunch and had their burger, a friend had the buffalo chicken sandwich. Both were amazing. We were seated right across from the cooking area and it was interesting to watch and listen to them. They have a very well refined system between each of the cooks. I was surprised at how fast our food came out and it was cooked to perfection. I have absolutely no complaints at all about the food, the beer or the staff. Everything was great. We then went next door and picked up some beer to take home. I'll be back again!!”

“Stayed here a couple weeks ago in one of the two the "Coach House Suites". The grounds and property of this inn are beautiful. You can come just to walk the gardens and unwind, or go for a swim in the good size outdoor pool. The rooms in the coach house are aesthetically outdated by 15to20yrs, given the finishes. They leave alot to be desired. Furniture, although attempting to have the older look on purpose I believe, appeared to be well worn and tired with chips and marks strewn about. The bathrooms, some people won't be able to fit in, are hidden in a closet like tiny room. The whirlpool, being surrounded by carpet, didn't seem sanitary and wasn't well planned out. I think upon the next update, most would prefer a well acquainted/laid out bathroom with a tile walk in shower, over a whirpool. It's the location people are after, not an in room tub. The coach house is off on it's own providing a ton of privacy, so I would not stay in the main building. The location is quiet and staff were friendly. We will be back and recommend to friends, once an in room update is completed in the "Coach House".”
