    This quaint little restaurant is locally owned and the owner cooks the food, which means she puts her whole heart and sole I to her food. Environmentally conscious and healthy eating ideas. I love the food and flavours and highly recommend everyone give this spot a try! Homemade soups and sandwiches and a dozen different salad options and allergy helpful options! YUMMMM

    I don’t remember the food. I don’t remember the atmosphere. All I remember was the incredibly good looking red headed guy in the kitchen. Great hair, perfect smile, incredibly attractive ???????? (but seriously the food was really good and the service was awesome and friendly)

    The Good Food Company has been a slice of paradise - and part of the Carleton Place community for decades. If you have the chance run, don't walk to enjoy this little secret!

    Very nice fresh plates. This is a lovely little cafe for breakfast and lunch. I do find the portions a bit small but the atmosphere makes up for it. we are lucky to have a breakfast place in this town that is not just a greasy spoon! All of the food seems very fresh and is thoughtfully prepared.
