The Opinicon

Absolutely amazing location, super friendly and accommodating staff and above all else, the food was spectacula! I called about an hour away and let them know that me and 20 of my friends would be arriving in the middle of their lunch hour, that was busy already …. and they knocked it out of the park! Got us in, got us set up in their closed patio so we had some where to sit while they coordinated servers and the kitchen to make our experience wonderful! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Arguably the best dining on the canal. Reservations
recommended. Fresh local product superbly prepared. The price is very reasonable considering the quality and size of portions. Recommend sharing appetizer and dessert (OK , maybe not dessert).

How can I give less than 5 stars? I got married at this place! They were so helpful in planning and mapping this out with us. Food was amazing, location at the lake A+ and staff left an unforgettable impression. It’s now our tradition that every time we visit the area, we stop by for a drink or lunch, and still, so friendly and good!

What an fantastic place. We went to Opinicon for dinner. The food was fantastic. The investment out into this resort was well worth it. The server was very friendly and attentive. Looks like a great place to stay for a weekend. Has a pool, restaurant, pub, ice cream parlour. Recommend anyone traveling down highway 15 to make a stop!
