    My partner and I stopped off in this country inn in early August and had a very pleasant lunch experience. Great food, a nice selection of wine and beer. We sat out on the backyard deck, which backs out on some greenery. What a great place to enjoy a craft beer! The service was great - very friendly. Prices are reasonable.

    Definitely a hub for Westport. The owners and staff are really nice and make you feel welcome. If you stay there a few times they will definitely recognize you. Great location right across the street from the lake and marina in a historic building. Has live music on set nights and music fairs. The first time I went, I had an amazing roast beef that was layered on a giant yorkshire pudding. I still remember it years later. The rooms are nice and clean. They also have a killer meal plan option for guests that you should look into.

    We had lunch today. Fish and chips, and the special pork burger. My husband LOVED the burger. (So did I).

    My fish was a bit too crunchy (Pablo breaded). But overall it’s a decent place to eat.
