“Great place to eat, friendly staff and great subs and cookies! Love the steak and cheese subs. You can get just about any kind of bread that you want. Whole wheat. Cheese bread, garlic bread, gluten free bread. Weird gluten free. The prices are reasonable too. However, very rude to the old fella behind us , piss poor English or just like to mumble to get people to repeat themselves.”

“Wow! Had a super spectacular meal here. The food was freshly made, and the owners even customize the level of spiciness to suit how you like it. The owners are so friendly and made me feel so welcome here. They are currently a take away restaurant, but I found out that they will be a sit down restaurant (with a roof top patio, how cool is that!?) by the end of May. So freaking excited”

“Service was good. Prices were fair. Food was just O.K...despite the pasta having bacon and several herbs, it had very little taste and the sauce was watery. I had to add lots of salt for it to be flavorful. This pasta dish was disappointing and left me burping it up even the next morning. Philly cheesecake was just O.K as well. We would not go back.”

“The Thai Chicken Salad was very flavorful. The fresh cut mangoes added a fresh flavor. The Wild West Burger with portabello mushroom was well prepared. They do take a lot of time to bring the food out, however the wait was worth it. It is a nice place to sit and chat while sipping your coffee.”

“My family use to own the Golden Apple before it was sold and Riva was built. They have done an AMAZING job. Looks fabulous and they have kept the original to mesh with their awesome new fresh style. The food is mainly pastas and pizza and others are specialized for anyone who likes to have something that may be different. Took my wife on our anniversary. Splendid meal and ambiance. Make sure to make a reservation. If not you will just need to wait in the busy summer months. We sat inside. They have a beautiful patio in the back of the building away from the busy road. There is also a bar in the area that use to be the parlor. The kitchen is visible when you walk in and can see everything getting made. So happy to see the place redone and I wish the owners nothing but the best.”

“We stayed only one night here at the B&B and then wished we'd had more time! The room was beautiful, clean and fresh, nicely decorated and cool - the owner had set on the A/C so after a hot day of traveling, it was perfect! We ventured out to explore the neighborhood, had dinner and returned for a night cap at the Pub below. Fun place - it was open mic night and there was some great regulars there entertaining. Our night's rest was fantastic and followed up by a wonderful gourmet breakfast the next morning on the sun porch. We were back on the road shortly thereafter, but will remember what a great stay and highly recommend.”
