Big Guys Pizza

Great pizza, would have given them 5*, but they need to get rid of Skip The Dishes as a delivery service and take some course in proper Customer Service. It took me 3hr to get my family dinner.

I ordered through Skip The Dishes. Skip The Dishes screwed up and didn't pick up my order. I messaged Skip The Dishes to correct it. Skip The Dishes said they would refund my money, place a new order, and give me a free meal. Skip The Dishes did not do anything they told me (in writing) they were going to do. No new order was put through the system. My original order was still sitting on the oven. When I called the restaurant asking about my new order they confirmed it wasn't put through and that my old order was still sitting on the oven.

Big Guys basically said they could do nothing unless I put in a new order, which I did. Big Guys went as far as to tell me that even if Skip The Dishes placed a new order with them, they wouldn't honour it. They wouldn't even wave the delivery fee when I had to order through them directly. Even though "the guy they had to pay" to deliver the food was the owner! This is not good customer service. It's the complete opposite.

Best pizza I've had in a while, good prices and the guy serving me was very nice ???? dont live in London but I do stop in when I'm travelling through the area for food and I'll definitely be back for more

Had the 1lb lasagna. Tasted awesome. Prices were good, online order was easy and quick. Solid local pizza fare doing a great job.

Ordered a pepperoni, hot sausage, and black olive pizza cooked well with double cheese and fresh garlic a couple days ago. I'm new to the area (the whole country, actually) and was a first time customer. Hands down the best pizza we've had in years! Unlike most ppl I don't normally like cold or reheated pizza no matter how it's done, but this was still delicious 2 days later! Highly recommended!

I was really excited to try this place after reading the reviews. Overall taste is great not so well done as I’m used to and asked for, from other places but ok, very doughy and worse was one pizza barely had cheese the other pizza that was ordered with extra cheese had very basic amount of cheese. We also got the wings they were good and potatoes wedges kids liked. Overall, cheese is what completes and makes a great pizza for me so I’m disappointed. But I would give this place a second chance.
