Delicious, courteous, good prices. Didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for our table. Appetizers were prompt. Steaks cooked to perfection. Lobster just right. Nice server and nice service. We'll definitely go again. We went to the Exeter Rd. location.
I used to work for chucks and the food was amazing 6 years ago and still today. The beef dip sandwich is delicious and their fire and ice wings are my favourite I've had. Also if you love spin dip then go to chucks. Theirs is my favorite!!
This is very similar to most of the other Chuck's locations I have been to although it is one of the larger locations for seating that I have been in.
With great choices and super reasonable prices you can go to town and eat your face off. Not literally in the crazy bath salts type of way but in the explode your stomach kind of way.
Staff are friendly and the food is good but they don't think it's as funny as you do to yell OPA when someone drops a tray full of dishes.
Had a fantastic experience today. Our waitress (Brittany H.) is a rock star. She was kind, fun, (and just a tiny bit flirty) and quick on the drink refills (and both the appetizers and entrées came QUICK, too!) Food was fantastic. Final bill was quite reasonable. I will definitely be back.
Service is good. Steaks and burgers are very good! I have had food at different locations Kitchener Waterloo area as well as London. Food is very consistent. I’ve had a steak here and there that has not been cooked properly. The server has been very nice and got me a new steak that was cooked properly. The only thing I am consistently disappointed with is the corn. No one in the Chucks chain knows how to cook this item properly. It is consistently sawgie and over cooked at every location. This needs to be addressed as I really enjoy BBQ corn on the cob.
