Our server was very polite, but too busy for her own good. I just wanted to point out that there were two managers on the floor expediting food while tables sat unclear and not cleaned. People were waiting at the front to be sat for almost 20 minutes and still the tables were not cleaned. My suggestion to the management of this location is to not focus so much on the food coming out, but help the staff ensure that more people can be sat. There were people who got up and left due the extreme wait time for their food. Our server thankfully was on top of it all. She was great. The food was great, but the state of the restaurant was lot so.
We were greeted happily, seated quickly and the waitresses were beyond helpful and on top of things. The lasagna however I wish I could say differently. As it stands, lasagna is my all time favorite dish which says something when i couldnt finish more than half of my serving and not because it was plentiful. Arrived cold and the flavor was all over the place, accompanied by a puddle of water at the bottom which threw me off entirely. This place used to be great, five stars all day long. Not sure what's going on but the food is falling behind
Stopped in for what was suppose to be a quick lunch. Beer was cold, water was cold, bead stick was warm. Asked for the lunch menu, she returned saying she couldn't find them. After an hour of still not receiving our food we had to leave. It wasn't busy enough to justify the delay and with it being lunch time the service should have been quicker. However in all fairness management did offer to package our meals as takeout, which we declined. They did take care of the bar tab, thank-you for that. We've enjoyed the food there in the past, and will return when we're not on a time schedule.
Management followed up on our experience by apologizing. Thank-you for that. We were satisfied with the outcome.
