Formaggios Pie Shack

Had the pleasure of getting a deep dish pie here for my birthday. It was delicious changed my whole perspective on pizza. Service was great. Pizza was well worth the money. Can't wait to go back.

It's exactly as good as they say it is. I ordered the large deep dish recently, expecting to finish it with my family, but we only managed to get through half the pizza. The cheese is literally a inch thick. The ingredients all tasted super fresh as well. The price seems a bit expensive at first, but once you get the pizza and dig in, you will realize that it was worth every cent. Overall, probably the best pizza I've had in London so far.

Absolutely fantastic! Wings are seasoned like a good roast chicken, hot sauce is home-made with roasted garlic and a great bite...and the Pizza? You'd be hard pressed to find better anywhere. We had the 'regular' (vs the 3lb. Deep Dish); perfect thin, crispy crust, subtle but tasty homemade sauce, smooth mozzarella, loads of toppings (and larger than most). ???? #PyrateApproved

Absolutely delicious...top quality ingredients. We opted for the regular thin crust and it is spectacular. Also got an order of wings dry with the house hot sauce. Amazing.

We drove about an hour and a half to try this place after someone at work sent photos of her take out order. Totally worth it. The deep dish pizza was really unique (I hadn’t had pizza sized in pounds before, instead of inches) and super tasty. The dining room is small and dark, but the server was really nice and the pitchers of good beer were only $15.
Definitely try it, but make sure to be ready to take leftovers home.
