Heart Sushi

OK, long workday and wandered in no reviews or recommendations.. The young lady hands me a tablet as if I know what I'm doing and I start browsing through it. 'Is this all you can eat?' I asked. Great as I'm intermittent fasting this my meal of the day. So I pick out my stuff and was waiting for her to come back so I could say 'Is this too much?'..Another woman whips by and hits Send Order. Very tasty so ordered another 8 items and rolled home.

Food is pretty good. But the price of AYCE in London is too high. The Heart sushi selection has become a bit limiting and cheap out - for example, the avocado salad was their regular salad but with super thin pieces of avocado the size of my thumbnail. I ordered onion rings: two small rings on a plate. Would like to see quality return where it was and have them drop the price to a reasonable amount. 3 years ago, they were charging $24 and there was more.

Very attentive servers after you get their attention. It was very busy on a Friday evening. Went for lunch on the weekday, it was better service but food choices better at supper. Overall, company and food was great!!! And bought the VIP card. Was worth it !!!i

The servers could be a little nicer and friendly, maybe smile once and a while. The servers also need to pay attention to where they are dropping orders. I got plates brought out to me that I never ordered. Be a little nicer and less forceful with the food you're putting on a table. Show your ingredients, food and customers some respect.

Lots of variety and an all you can eat menu... what could be a better combination? The staff are friendly and acknowledge repeat customers with fun little chats. The atmosphere is very nice, and ordering is as simple as clicking a few buttons on a screen. If you like shrimp, you'll love the shrimp satay -- give it a try if you haven't already!
