Great Persian food! I love their "green" rice and the lamb dishes.

Karoon has been one of our favourite spots for years! We order a couple times a month. We have recently noticed a lack of consistency with our orders. Often something is forgotten, like pita for the hummus, or grilled tomatoes. Sometimes the kebab is on POINT, sometimes it is dry. Their prices have gone up, which I don't mind, however, the portions have gotten sm Daller. There is a man that works there that always wears a big sweater, we know the food is going to be amazing if her is working.

I want to like this restaurant, the food is good. But they need to sort out the delivery on their website. I ordered on their personal website and recieved a text message saying that the order had been recieved and would be delivered in 30 minutes. I also got a receipt and told that payment would occur upon delivery. An hour goes by and nothing. The phone number I got the text from didn't connect to anything, and I couldn't text back. I called the restaurant directly and they had gotten the order, but that they can't deliver it. Instead they recommended I come in and pick it up. Of course I don't have a car or a way to pick it up - so I had to cancel the order and go with something else. It's incredibly irritating. Their food is good, and I want to keep going there. But they need to sort out their website, delivery, and customer service.

I've been coming here for years, I think the new owners are great! I get meal for 2 at least a couple times a month. Food is fresh, cooked to order, portions are huge, handmade, best hummus in town.. just discovered the green hot sauce I'm sad I didn't know about it sooner! We usually get takeout, but dining in is nice too. Highly recommend.
