Nando's London (Masonville)

I really wanted to love this place as it was my first time visiting. The service was excellent and the chicken was tasty. The coleslaw was great too! The real let down was the portion size or value for money. With a small tip the miniscule single leg with 2 sides was over $16. The rice was crunchy as if it was sitting too long and dried out again or undercooked. Great location, decent decor and vibe in the restaurant but as soon as I saw the quantity of food I actually felt embarrassed at myself for spending $16 on dinner for 1.

I always do my review based on three things... environment, food and service.

Food first..... I am a huge Nando’s fan where ever I go I try to look for it as it’s halal and food is always good. I wasn’t impressed with the chicken it was little under done and fries where not done very well. Rice where dry from what I normally get.

Environment was amazing. Clean good lights everything was nice.

Service was good. No issues there.

Overall going to rate it 3 ???? because of food was not to Nando’s standards.

Nando's has been a favourite of my family since we first visited in the UK a few years ago. It's casual: order up front, get the food delivered to your table, then fetch your own cutlery, sauces, etc. The chicken was exceptionally good, and I loved eating Ontario sweetcorn. Be mindful of spice if you don't care for it-- you can always order plain and dress the food in sauces yourself.

This Nando's is very nice and has outdoor seating and friendly staff.

This place is absolutely amazing! Not only was the food amazing, but the customer service was spectacular! I would definitely recommend anyone trying this out! **Plus for the amount you get, its relatively cheap!** The artwork and decor is amazing and has a great story to everything.

I LOVE NANDO'S. I really mean it when I say that. I just love the whole vibe of the place and the food is great. For the price, the portion sizes are great. The place is well maintained. The staff almost always come up and checks up on you. I usually order the 1/2 chicken with mashed potatoes for myself. But when I go with a few people we get the shareable platters which is amazing for its price. Would 10/10 recommend trying their garlic bread. The concept of the ordering system is quite different from your normal restaurant but not too hard to follow.
