Swiss Chalet

Our group was seated promptly and our food orders taken. It seemed to take a long time for the food to come out. I ordered the back ribs since they were supposed to have more meat on them. I was disappointed with my meal, there did not seem to be as much meat as advertised. My wife ordered the chicken and she liked her meal.

The staff that I've encountered here have been very friendly.
The food is consistent with what you'd expect from a chain restaurant.
This location has been here for quite a while and at times, it shows its age. I think some renovations would help rejuvenate the restaurant.

Reasonable prices, good chicken and fast service. Their classic quarter chicken is great but cannot really comment on the rest of the menu.

the manager here spent much time explaining to me the issues Swiss Chalet is facing, so I appreciated that. The food was excellent, but often when we go there we find they are short staffed. I think if they continue to change the problems they will make the customer dining experience better.
I do notice that managers are often having to bring food out to assist the servers, not sure if this is the norm, but I found that both good and not so good. I appreciate the managers willing to work extra, but there needs to be enough servers available to meet all the customers needs. Our food, the many times we went was good, no complaints there. The kale Caesar salad was particularly delicious and our portions were good.

Had a very good experience tonight. Brandon, our server, was fantastic. Very efficient, friendly, courteous, quick, and on the ball. Chicken, ribs, and fries, all excellent (no rotisserie beef anymore? Bummer.) Had the spinach dip as a starter. It was good, but I thought something was missing in the flavor (missing cream cheese, maybe? I dunno.) All in all, a very good visit. I will certainly be back.
