    Not too busy. We were served pretty quickly. I do think that on a Friday or Saturday it will be quite busy. Food was hot and fried were crispy.

    Wow, wow, wow! What great and speedy service. This is our go to Swiss Chalet location in London. Where the other locations have let us down, this location has been the most consistent with their service and speed. The quarter chicken is always hot and ready. I would recommend this location to anyone.

    The customer service is lovely. Didn't like the baked potatoes tho my friends couldn't get enough. The chicken, ribs and fries were excellent.... I'll remember not to add strawberry topping on my sundae next time, was way too sweet
