Tahinis Restaurant

I probably eat at this place way too much. The food isn't just good, it's consistently excellent, fresh, and priced very very reasonably. Definitely my favorite place to eat and the best place in London.

I would eat there way more if they hadn't screwed up my online order 3 times now. I ordered a poutine with everything on it, and I got nothing on it. It seems intentional at this point. They cant know me, so it has to do with the fact that I tip when I arrive at the restaurant. I do this, because if you tip online it STILL asks you for a tip on-top of that at the restaurant. That's not a huge issue, since most of the time the cashier tries to catch this. Still, 3 consecutive identical failures indicate they have some short sighted vindictive employees working there. Those people should KNOW their tip system is broken, but also that is still unacceptable regardless! You don't DESERVE a tip if that's what your going to do when you think your not getting one! I avoid eating there as much as possible now because I cant stand that level of entitlement. I don't want to give those people my money. I don't want to feed that sickness. When I am craving it though and nothing else will do, I try to remember that not all their employees are probably like that. I see different people in there.
Their order online system recently became credit card only. That is why I am finally writing this review. Now I cant order online without giving out my credit card. Now you cant show up and pay with cash and have your order ready. I don't know why you do these things to me Tahinis. I want to eat you but its getting more and more frustrating. It is reaching a point where it doesn't matter how much I like your food. There are others out there who make receiving the food I have paid for painless and not requiring me to put personal payment information on the internet. This is the standard for other places.
I have never been rude to an employee of Tahinis. They are people too. That doesn't excuse all of this.

Amazing food-definitely best in London! The staff are great too. Very good people and we’re even understanding when my credit card didn’t work the first time. They offered to give me my food anyways, but thankfully upon the second try my card worked. Definitely appreciate this kind of generosity as you don’t see it as often as you should.

Went to this location for the first time and was very happy with our take out. The portions are awesome and totally worth the money. I was expecting small falafels but I was surprisingly wrong. I like the flavour and crunch although, it's a bit darker than usual. Not sure if the oil needed to be changed but overall, I was satisfied with what we got. The beef and lamb was good but the chicken was a tiny bit dry. Again, the flavour was good enough. Will definitely go back again and again despite a bit of a drive.

One of the best tasting chicken and rice bowl I have ever tasted. The Garlic sauce was amazing and I loved the quality of food.

Me and my wife were a big fan of the dessert konafa, but found that you guys stopped it. Please bring it back.
