VAL’s BBQ

I love love love the food here. It is amazing!! The only problem I have is two of the women who serve... they are very rude and make our experience less then comfortable. But the rest of the staff is soooooo amazing just like the food.

The place is a hidden gem, for the price you pay - there is a lot of food that tastes excellent. They serve fresh baked bread, hummus, garlic and a large salad with their meal. The meat comes with very flavorful rice or fries, I would personally choose the rice as it tastes delicious. The meat is not precooked it's grilled fresh on a charcoal BBQ so expect delay in getting the meat. They do serve bread and salad quick though, makes for a great first course. The place is small and have 6 tables, you order as you walk in and find a table to sit and they will serve the food on the table. It would help to have a waiter/waitress to attend to the customers who dine in, as the take out can get busy and keep the other employees engaged. Overall great food and I walked out of there as a happy customer.

First time here and loved the food. Got the Val's Platter and was more than enough food for my family of 5. We even had left overs to take home. The food is very fresh and delicious. Next time we will order the whole chicken which is grilled on a charcoal grill. Great prices and good atmosphere.
Service was a bit slow but they were super busy. Overall for the price and taste, I can't complain. Can't wait to go back!
