Tia's Place - Portuguese Restaurant

We tried the grilled chicken and steak. Food was good but service could be improved. Once food is dropped off, you have to wait for awhile for them to come back. They were a little inattentive.

Great food. Reservations are recommended. Owner has the perfect personality for this. Our server maybe not so much. We waited for the owner to look after us when our server dropped the ball but she more than made up for it.

Amazing atmosphere, food & staff! Always friendly, always accommodating (I’m vegan & they are willing to offer ways to adapt!). The owner Tia is a gem, so super friendly, makes you feel at home. Great place for all meals; breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, or evening apps & drinks.

Tia's Place catered my wedding at Sydenham Ridge Estates on Saturday and they could not have done a better job. Mary-Jo and her brother are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are accommodating, flexible and so so kind. One of my favourite things about them is they genuinely care. They want the food to turn out amazing even more than you do as the Bride and Groom, which relieves so much stress! I just knew from the get go that our dinner would be amazing and that it was. We opted for family style, which was fabulous. The food was DELICIOUS, the wait staff was so fast, so kind and so reliable and the evening was perfect thanks to them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer!

The food tasted so good! The servings were large as well. I enjoyed my meal very much. The staff and owner were very friendly, and the prices were very good. I will definitely return to Tia's Place in the future! ????
