The service was good, manager was helpful. Was put off however that we got two and a half chicken fingers served, I was told they weigh them and if it's too heavy they cut one in half... We complained and they did give us another one but we're reminded that the three piece kids meals chicken fingers are by weight. My wife made an error ordering her email and they replaced it no questions asked.
I will give you a 5 star review now that you have that Caprese pizza on your menu! It is absolutely delicious. In the past I have found Boston Pizza just average but as I have explored Ottawa pizza joints I can honestly say that their pepperoni pizza is one of the best in town. They have Goose Island on tap and a nice patio with comfortable cushy seats in the warm months. The decor inside is boring and seems like it would have been cool in the nineties. Family friendly. Overall a good choice.
Great location and menu! Surprisingly, I tried the "Oven Baked 7 cheese Ravioli" with added bacon. It was so scrumptious! Our waitress was just perfect. The patio was spacious but the atmosphere felt a bit dull though. Nonetheless, not a bad first impression.
Best boneless wings I've had in Ottawa. Other sports bars have boneless chicken wings, but they're dry and hard, overcooked. Probably in old fryer oil. Staff are friendly and helpful as well.
I come to this location almost every week and I have never once been disappointed. The service is incredible and the food is awesome. I had the NY steak sandwich and it was phenomenal. The steak was grilled to perfection and the salad was crisp with the right amount of dressing. Also, extra cheese here actually means extra cheese. I love cheese.
