Bowman's on Bank

Food was ok. Ordered chicken sandwich it was burnt on all sides. Overall service was great. I added and extra star because the owner came to us and ask how like the food. Different comments were given. Infact the owner had asked us to come back and have a drink on him.

I've heard Bowman's cleans the lines between keg changes and it shows. Normally I can't stand Lugtread, but at Bowman's out of the clean lines, it is not bad. I'm glad my buddy made me try it. Food was great too.

Very tasty Bowman Burger--lots of original touches. Nice fresh salads. Quick friendly service. Free coffee top ups. Airy space with flatscreen TV's. Lovely patio, and a sheltered inner patio. Much to recommend this place. We'll be back!

Good service. Had fish and chips. Liked the cod and ultra-crispy batter but not the 70-30 batter-to-fish ratio. Hardly any fish really. Quite shameful.

We have eaten here several times in the last month or so. While I cannot comment on much of the menu they make lovely hamburgers. Now I know everybody tries to make a significant hamburger. This one is particularly tasty. My wife and children really liked their orders, my son especially liked their steak. The service is unobtrusive and gracious.
