Very pricy. Food is above average. The vegie thali could use more vegies.

Absolutely amazing food for what was an incredible price. Great portions and the Thalis are an awesome way to get lots of different curries! Will be back for sure to try some samosas and pakora

Had take out, had the lunch special with butter chicken and vegetables. Based from reviews thought it would have been much better. Place was okay but def better out there.

I'll probably try the place again and order a few dishes just to be fair since the reviews were so high. Will update review on my new order.

5 stars for the milk cake. I was skeptical about the authenticity of all the sweets here but I was happily proven wrong. Has a variety of sweets all of which are great and as close to the Indian taste as you can get anywhere in Ottawa. The rest of the dishes are pretty good as well, but the sweets are just a cut above them all. Dine in is not preferred here as the owners themselves promote take-out. The atmosphere is that of a typical Indian shop which might feel foreign to people, but I felt it was great. Bring debit cards here because they don't accept credit cards as far as I know. Plus, it's located a bit too far from downtown/central Ottawa, so you'll save a lot of hassle by ordering from here via SkipTheDishes.

The food at this restaurant is truly delicious!! If you're looking for a perfect, well balanced blend of spices and flavour then this should be your go to place. Definitely make sure to try their specialty dish.. so mouthwatering! The staff and the owner of this restaurant are very welcoming and know how to put a smile on their customer's faces. Highly recommend this place :)
