Wonderful! Hosted a conference here, and the Events and Banquet teams are such a pleasure to work with. Our event went perfectly, and we were so happy with it! Rooms are great and beds are so comfortable! Definitely will be back to host events here!

Staff was amazing, checking in and out was quick and efficient. The room was very clean. Internet was OK but a few of restrictions are in place (like peer-to-peer). The outside pool was great but we would've liked an adult only option (late hours for example). The restaurant's food was very very good and the jazz singer was a blast! We hoped she would stay longer but it was a "short" 45-60 minutes show. I'm knocking down a star because the "hidden" parking garage fee felt cheap.

I attended a conference there. The food was great. Very clean hotel. Golf course and pool and restaurant. Staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend for events.

Probably the finest hotel in Ottawa! Main restaurant always has an interesting menu and excellent quality, with very professional service staff, but of course not cheap. Options bar especially nice any evening if you like live jazz.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The conference facilities worked great for the event I attended. The room was clean and tidy and had a great view from the balcony. My only complaint is that the lighting in the bathroom wasn't very bright.
