Delicious broth and great value! The pork bone soup is light yet very flavorful with a good pork flavour and also some with a huge pork bone! The spicy soul has the classic Chinese numbing spice and was delicious.

Absolute best handmade noodles in the city hands-down! Pun intended. Delicious, firm soft and tasty with a wide selection of sauces and interesting mixes for the western pallet. Additionally, the watermelon juice was perfect. The staff is extremely pleasant and manager Sean extra accommodating and makes you feel extremely welcome. Great food great experience, highly recommended!

I always have a good time at Dagu! I love the texture of the rice noodles (which is unlimited)! I normally get the original crossing the bridge set, which comes with 10 side dishes and a couple pieces of raw meat. It comes in a hot boiling pot, so be careful! I also like how it's in the same building as Morals Village so I grab a couple of extra sauces and green onion for the noodles. I also love getting the fried chicken - it has a great texture and salty taste that I crave from time to time. Service can be a hit or miss, but the servers were quite attentive tonight. It was my first time there but certainly not my last ! The restaurant is big and the decor is stunning. I asked for my food to be a little more spicy and it was perfectly balanced how I wanted it. Very tasty braised bone-in beef and crispy chicken. Can’t wait to be back !

Amazing fresh delicious soup, great service and reasonable price! Highly recommend the sour and spicy flavoured crossing the bridge rice noodle soup with beef (I don’t like spicy but the flavour just perfect!). And try the fruit tea too!
Always will be back!
