The food was great and so was the customer service. All the employees I dealt with were friendly and I even overhead one employee helping a little girl stretch her 5 dollar bill a bit further by switching her order a bit which I appreciated. The only thing that needs improvement from what I saw was the organization/communication between the kitchen and the front end. Overall though the food was solid, the blizzards were great and passed the upside down test and the service was friendly but perhaps a little on the slower side.

We went at about 9:30 pm the line was so long and there were tons of people there. We got dip cones really good but the nights they know it's really busy they might think of getting more cashiers. My husband almost didn't stop because of the line up and I bet lots of people say forget it when they see the crowd. Next time I want ice cream late I think I'll go to the one on Walkley Rd. they usually are really fast.
