Hard Stones Grill

I really liked this place. The charcuterie board was very good and filling. Our server wisely didn't put our full order in until we saw the size of the board. We did end up sharing the escargot but we didn't really need it. Everything was great. Washroom was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent breakfast as always. Always get the classic with 2 eggs, peameal bacon, whole grain toast. Breads homemade, house potatoes tasty and not greasy like most places and coffee's great. The service is always friendly. Plus rewards program app is a nice bonus.

Service was very good, the server being very prompt and checked in with us numerous times while we ate.

I had the fish and chips with the soup of the day. The fish was much better than expected and the quesadilla plates that my friends had were very good as well (according to them).

The atmosphere is nice - it was fairly quiet and the voices coming from a large crowd behind us wasn't that intrusive. The lighting is muted, which is nice, and the restaurant is very clean.

I would recommend Hard Stones. PS. the price point is $$$, reasonable for the quality of the food.

Always an excellent experience. I usually come for breakfast because the prices and the quality and quantity is far better than most other places. Food is always consistent and taste amazing. The service is always top notch.
Really worth the trip

Having my car repaired nearby, I went to Hard Stones for breakfast. Friendly service. They offered me a newspaper which I appreciated. The meal was very good. They bake their own bread. The washroom was spotless and very nicely appointed. The price of breakfast was reasonable. Highly recommended.
