    Bank and Heron Ottawa Mcdonalds is the best around! drive thru. Staff are friendlly usually, Makes nice food. and the outside is CLEAN. and inviting gardens. there are other mcdonalds close but they are dirty. This is the best!

    I'm giving this McDonald's only three stars because almost every time I've been, the self-serve kiosks are out of paper. This should be a simple thing to monitor, but for some reason, if you place your order at a kiosk, don't expect a receipt.

    For a McDonald's, this one is pretty good. The fries are always freshly made it seems by perhaps could be my good timing. I find their drive-thru very quick for some reason at any time of the day. The staff are a little strange and usually students but courteous and don't seem to forget stuff I've ordered.
