Slow...oh my God slow. 5 - 10 minute wait for 2 coffees and only one order in front of us. 3 stars because the coffees were good

We live in that neighborhood for over 8 years. It is not easy to find a Mcdonald's store better than this one. Their food is always fresh and it makes a whole lot different to the taste. Every time I order salad from other Mcdonald's, I got either frozen veges or unfresh lettuce. This store has never disappointed us when we order salad , BLT bagels.

The services here are pretty good too. We always take the kids inside and they are quite organized. Food is served fast and they clean the tables right away once people are leaving. The mobile orders are sent to the car pretty fast.

On the other hand, the Mcdonald's close to history museum and science museum are the worst in town. It took them longer than 20 minutes to send mobile orders. Salads look like leftovers tossed in the fridge for days. Inside of the two stores are always messy.

U know what the food is actually very good and great service. Great fast food restaurant! sorry about the burger thing

Best McDonald’s experience ever. I’m a 42 year old military member and have eaten at McDonald’s restaurants around the world and all over Canada. This is by far the best one I’ve ever been too. Place was clean, the service was awesome, very polite staff, and the food was perfect. The sandwiches looked like they do in the advertisements, and it was all fresh. The cheese even tasted like the real thing and not that processed stuff. I waited a little longer for it but totally worth it. I’m in Stittsville about 15 minutes down the road and the next time I treat myself to fast food I’ll drive right past the McDonald’s in Stittsville and come to this one. Thank you for not being one of the sheep and standing out.
