Missed items on order. No one at counter would make eye contact. Left without full order. Too many hands involved fulfilling a single order and no quality control.

I'd say it's one of the most competent and best Mc.Donald's in Orleans. They always get the orders right, I've never had any real issues or ridiculous wait times here and my experience is usually overall good at this location. Great place to go if you're in a hurt and want to food on the go. However, it's still a busy location in a busy part of Orleans, so it's usually quite crowded.

This morning my Mother and I went for a coffee at the MacDonalds on Innes Rd. in Orleans and we had a lovely experience. The young lady that took out on the machine was very pleasant and sweet but the young gentleman that took our money and gave us our order at the window was amazing. It was 6:20am and he was just so friendly and pleasant, he stated our exact order right down to how many butter were in the bag for our muffin. Now a days I find many people like to state the negative experience they have and not the positive as much but today this young man made our day, we want to thank you and we hope that you are recognized for being an amazing employee. Great job.
