Mill St. Brew Pub

My husband and I got married at Mill Street and we would highly recommend it to other couples looking for a wedding venue! We held everything at Mill Street, including our ceremony. The experience was top notch from the day we filled out a form online when we were browsing venues all the way to days after the event when we picked up decorations.

Christine, the Sales & Event Manager at Mill Street, and our main contact there for our big day is friendly, attentive, diligent, knowledgeable and really just a great person to be in contact with leading up to a wedding. We exchanged numerous emails over the 9 months we spent planning the wedding and she was always quick to respond and super helpful.

Mill Street is also a beautiful location for a wedding inside and out - the venue speaks for itself in a lot of ways so we kept decorations to a minimum and it looked beautiful. We dropped decorations off before the wedding and Christine and team worked their magic to set everything up just as we had asked. I also hadn't given any instructions about how to decorate during the ceremony and they used the decorations I provided to make the ceremony look amazing. This was great because then we were able to spend time with out of town guests rather than at the venue setting up. They also packed up all of our decorations up and allowed us to pick them up after the event. There are several options for menus for weddings and the food was very good - we got a lot of compliments on it. They are also very accommodating with allergies and preferences.

The team at Mill Street on the day of the wedding were professional, diligent, friendly and were extremely helpful during the drop off and pick up of our things.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Mill Street and the people that work there!

One of the few Mill street breweries in Canada. Their small scale let's them experiment with flavours for limited edition beers. Always great to visit and try a different new beer. Location is stunning and the building is historic.
They have a great space for groups as well.

Good service, nice spot with great atmosphere. During my trip the ac wasn't working and in the original spot we sat the heat was on! (In 30 degree weather). Mentioned to the waitstaff and was promptly moved to better accommodations. Hopefully that issue is fixed because the beer and food was great. I would go again for sure.

Was the best man at a wedding. The food was great. The service was some of the best I've experienced during an event this large. The venu perfect for the 100 plus people, clean, and sporting a great atmosphere. If you're looking for a wedding venue give this place a good look. It was a brilliant time and that was much on part due to the staff and service

Were you looking for some place special but felt like you've seen them all? Look again, "The Mill" is that special hidden gem located just adjacent to downtown as you head west towards the War Museum from Parliament Buildings. If you blink, you'll miss it. The Mill is inconspicuously hidden and this place boasts its own microbrewery, front and center when you enter the restaurant. Another surprise is the restaurant's location. Some tables at the rear are also close to the old river lumber run. Try getting a table reserved for this spectacular view to coincide with sunset. They feature a reasonable pub selection of food. Presentation is professionally done. Its great place to have a date, chat with friends after a successful day or just try freshly brewed beer.
