(July 30, 2019, 9:38 pm)Everyone in Ottawa has their favourite pho place. This one is mine! Tasty broth. Generous portions. Decent prices. Broth is probably the best I've had in Ottawa. I love having it so close by. Steps at front mean it's not accessible, though.
