    Great spot for a wrap. So many ingredients. And green peppers/mushrooms on the grill take your wrap to a new level.
    My favorite is Buffalo Chicken or Cuban.

    This is easily one of my go to places when I'm in the Kanata area.

    The service is always extremely friendly and welcoming - while still being efficient. Even on busy days, my order is ready fairly quickly and is done exactly to my liking.

    My pitas and salads are always fresh and taste great - I only wish they'd open another location in Nepean.

    Speaking from weekday lunch experience. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. It may look a little busy over the lunch rush but worth the wait, which actually isn't long at all. Everything tastes fresh. A couple $$ more than the subway next door, but here they make it how you want it. With as many extra veggies as you desire. Highly recommend for a tasty pita
